Tally - Terms of Use (EULA)

Effective Date: September 10, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms" or "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Tally mobile application ("App"), developed by Michael Yuswandi Sebastian ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Tally, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Standard Apple End User License Agreement (EULA)

Tally is licensed to you subject to the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), which is incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA, these Terms shall prevail to the extent permitted by law.

2. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions (Apple Guideline 3.1.2)

Tally offers auto-renewable premium subscription plans ("Tally Pro") as well as one-time purchases:

Tally Pro Annual: Billed annually with a 7-day free trial period (where applicable).
Tally Pro Monthly: Billed on a monthly recurring basis.
Tally Pro Lifetime Access: One-time, non-consumable purchase granting perpetual access, including Apple Family Sharing support.

Important Subscription Terms:

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current cycle at the standard tier rate.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

3. Managing & Canceling Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal can be disabled at any time by accessing your Apple ID Account Settings on your iOS device:

Open iPhone Settings > [Your Apple ID Name] > Subscriptions, select Tally, and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Privacy & On-Device Security

We take your privacy seriously. All data processing (including Vision OCR receipt scanning and Apple Speech recognition) is performed 100% locally on your device. We do not transmit or store your financial logs on private remote servers. For details, view our Privacy Policy.

Tally is a personal bookkeeping and financial organization tool designed to help you monitor personal expenditures. Tally does not provide licensed investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. All calculations, insights, and safe-to-spend estimations are for informational purposes only.
